Returns & Exchanges
If YOU ordered the wrong size or item, you can exchange or receive store credit. (We do not offer refunds on wrong size or item ordered.)
If WE sent you the wrong item or there is something wrong with the item, please send us an e-mail at: support@mattvincent.net
We will ship the correct item to you. We will also email you a return label for the wrong item sent. If we are sold out of the item ordered, we will refund the item.
We don't offer refunds or exchanges on digital items, such as e-books, Last Call items or wrongly ordered sizes or items.
When sending items back, please include the return number on or in the package. We recommend checking the site to see if the item you want to exchange for is in stock.
There is a 30-day from purchase limit on returns and exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@mattvincent.net. You will most likely need to file a claim with USPS to get reimbursed for the cost of the item, and we will work with you to get a replacement.
